You know when you buy something you just really love and know that you will wear in several areas of your life…. yeah, this is that top. Black has always been a chic color so I found it perfect for work. I couldn’t wait to wear this top and to be honest I wore it to work before I shot this look (usually I shoot a look before I wear it into my everyday life because I usually spill something -facepalm).

Confession time… up until I bought this dress, I did not have a solid LBD. I’m so thrilled with this purchase. So much so, I’m thinking of getting this dress in another color. I don’t typically like “bodycon” dresses. I usually prefer more loose fitting clothing with a boho vibe. However, this dress is ruched and flattering for all shapes and sizes.
During college, I wore cardigans but I never really liked how I styled them. I always ended up looking like a school girl rather than effortlessly chic.
