Happy Tuesday, friends. I hope you all had a wonderful Easter weekend filled with all the things you are passionate about. Today’s post is a little short because I am catching up as well. I wanted to share this adorable monogrammed top that is an ideal look for spring. Here, I paired it with a peach bralette for a more coastal/relaxed look. Yesterday, I wore it to work with a white tank underneath for a polished and professional look. This top is so unique and is sure to make you stand out!
Two weekends ago, two of my best friends headed to Asheville for a little girl’s weekend. Neither of them live in North Carolina, so it’s so great any time we can meet up and spend some time together. I met both of them in law school and we’ve bonded since day one (literally). We had such an amazing time (which I’m sure you know if you looked at my Insta story). I thought I would share a little about our trip and especially where we ate because Asheville has many restaurants.
Happy Tuesday! If you have been following any recent trends, this shirt covers them all. Bell sleeves, stripes, and open shoulder. When I saw this top, I knew it would be perfect for spring and summer. I am completely in love with anything with a bell-sleeve, I think it’s because I love all things contemporary and free. I don’t consider myself to have “one style” like so many other bloggers. I love to explore trends and looks. I’m always up for change (ask my poor hairdresser). I may look completely different (style-wise) from day to day. I’m sure a few of you can relate to me. One day I’m in sneakers and one day I’m in heels. I guess you could say I’m versatile?
Over the weekend, Evan and I had a double date with my parents in Davidson. We wanted to try out a new place. We ended up at a restaurant called FlatIron. Our dinner was amazing and featured veggies and meat from local farms. I wore this outfit for dinner. I’m dying for springtime so I’ve been adding some pops of florals to give me the spring time feels. This top was a great little investment because I can wear it to work or out for dinner. I love buying pieces that are versatile for the “everyday girl.”
