During college, I wore cardigans but I never really liked how I styled them. I always ended up looking like a school girl rather than effortlessly chic. As my style has evolved, I feel like I’ve cracked the code for styling a cardigan. For me, they have become a closet staple because they are a transition piece I can wear for work and play. I have 5 tips for helping you style your cardigans:
If you didn’t pick a pumpkin on the 1st day of October, are you really doing “fall” right?! Just kidding but we did pick out a little pumpkin after church. I wore this mustard dress to church and for a little pumpkin picking. I paired this dress with a denim jacket and my favorite Target mules.
Last weekend, the dogs and I enjoyed some front porch sitting. The weather actually felt like fall and we enjoyed every minute of it. This J. Crew sweater is so perfect for fall. I love the deep red hues and bell sleeves. It’s actually cut perfectly length-wise. Oh and did I mention this top is nearly half-off? Yass! I paired it with my favorite high-waisted jeans from Free People to complete the look.
Fall may be here but my summer tan will not be fading anytime soon thanks to Tanceuticals. I have been searching for self-tanning body lotion for while. I’ve searched other people’s blogs for their recommendations but most of the things I tried were just okay. I would still be streaked or look orange. I’ve tried everything from Jergans to St. Tropez without getting the look I want.
