If I’ve said it once, I’ve said it a thousand times… I’m not a fan of the color yellow. However, this fall, I have to keep myself from buying yellow/mustard pieces. I couldn’t control myself when I saw this dress because the print and style screamed Charleston to me. Oddly, this dress had negative reviews but I loved everything about it.
Some people didn’t like the hem of the dress because it is an uneven hem. I actually loved that and thought it made the dress very unique from other dresses. All of the reviews made me nervous to purchase this dress but that goes to show you that everyone’s style is different. The bottom of the dress is longer on one side giving it a cute twist. I also love the OTS look from summer. Many pieces for fall are using this style in their sweaters and tops.
I wore this number for our first night on the town in Charleston. It was perfect for dinner and stroll along the Battery. This dress can be worn with heels or flats. It can also transition into fall by wearing a jean jacket over it which is most likely what I will do! It’s currently under $50.
